Alexei Nikolashin was born in 1979. Graduated from the Moscow School of Architecture in 2002. 1998-2004, is the main architect of the UB Design Studio. From 2000 to 2004, he worked at the SUE MIIP "Mosproekt 4". Since setting up the studio, he has managed SL Construction with Alexandra Fedorova.

Alexei Nikolashin

The generations of the Alexei Nikolashin family have been working on craftsmanship and architecture. Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience: from urban planning concepts, interior design, furniture design to the design of whole apartments.

Alexei Nikolashin

Alexei Nikolashin's working principle is built in the style of architectural design, whether it is a village or a private apartment, is a well-thought-out modern functional work.

Alexei Nikolashin began with minimalism, and as time went on, minimalism became more welcoming, and SL's work formed a personally recognizable style. Alexei described his style with the term “modern luxury” because the results of the project were simple, not strictly cold, and functionally thoughtful.

AB-SL actively promotes the luxury of combining minimalism with classics. Therefore, the concept of all its projects is integrated with the beautiful concepts of modern Europe. Good works are not based on gilded and beautiful patterns, but close to the calm, reserved interior, using natural materials, because the interior warmth and comfort are reflected by the different materials and textures in the interior.
